The company's founder and CEO is Chartered Accountant Matshidiso Caroline Tabane, a member of the Body of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Matshidiso Caroline Tabane CA (SA)

Matshidiso Caroline Tabane earned her Charted Accountant designation in 2015 after studying B Compt Accounting Science at the University of South Africa. Her career began in 2005, when she began working for the University of South Africa as an administrator in charge of student registration and administration. She then joined the Auditor General of South Africa as a trainee accountant in 2008, where she successfully completed articles before advancing through the ranks to become an audit manager.

Biography

Her auditing experience included extensive evaluations to ensure that the organizations reviewed complied with applicable legislation, as well as an assessment of Annual Financial Statements to ensure that they were honestly presented. Prior to her appointment as executive director of Thatshi consultancy, she had numerous management positions, including audit manager and Chief Financial Officer of one of the public corporations. During her term as CFO, she turned around the organization by implementing strategic initiatives and achieving clean audits for two years in a row.
